Acceptable Use
What KnowMyLogic may and may not be used for.
Encouraged uses
Self-reflection, personal development, better communication, understanding relationships and teamwork, and — where features exist — leadership development and collaboration.
Prohibited uses
You may not use KnowMyLogic results as the sole or deciding basis for decisions about a person's employment — including hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, demotion, discipline, or eligibility — or for school admission, medical, insurance, lending, legal, or relationship decisions such as marriage or divorce.
KnowMyLogic is designed to improve communication and collaboration. It is not an employment screening or selection test.
Respecting other people
You may not generate an analysis of another registered person without their explicit consent, attempt to infer another person's private answers, or misrepresent results.
Abuse
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access data that isn't yours, scrape the assessment bank, or submit responses on behalf of someone else.
